42300 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing use of the 42300 platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, logging in, or simply browsing the 42300 website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 42300 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes. 42300 reserves the right to amend, update, or add to these terms at any time, and changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use 42300's services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted only one active account on the 42300 platform. Registering multiple accounts under a single individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full name, phone number, and bank details used for deposits and withdrawals. 42300 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, and failure to provide the required documents may result in a temporary account suspension.
Your account password is solely your responsibility. Do not share it with anyone, and always log out from shared devices. 42300 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep your login credentials secure.
Account Suspension and Closure
42300 reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of involvement in fraud, multi-account use, system manipulation, or violation of any stated terms. Where a suspension is triggered by an ongoing investigation, valid balances will be returned once the investigation is concluded and the account is cleared. Account closure decisions are final unless you submit a written appeal through the designated channel.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a 42300 user, you agree to use the platform responsibly and to comply with all stated rules. You are not permitted to use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to access or manipulate the platform's systems.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 42300 platform:
- Registering multiple accounts to unlawfully exploit promotions
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
- Using a bank account or payment details that do not belong to you
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform
- Any attempt to access the platform's backend systems without authorisation
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity
42300 complies with applicable Malaysian law and cooperates fully with the relevant authorities when required. Any activity suspected of being unlawful will be reported to the appropriate authorities without notice to the user concerned.
4. Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 42300 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Any deposits made in a foreign currency will be automatically converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
Deposit
42300 supports local deposit methods including FPX and Touch 'n Go eWallet. Deposits are processed in real time or within the timeframe specified for each selected method. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and may change in accordance with current platform policy.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe depending on the selected method and your account verification status. You are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details provided are accurate — 42300 is not liable for any delays or failed withdrawals caused by incorrect bank information submitted by the user.
42300 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and request additional verification if suspicious activity is detected on an account or if promotional rollover requirements have not been met. Any withdrawal attempt that does not meet the conditions will be automatically rejected and the user will be notified.
Limitation of Liability
42300 is not liable for any financial losses arising from game outcomes, technical disruptions beyond the platform's control, or failed transactions caused by third-party issues such as banks or payment providers. The platform's liability is limited to the amount deposited into your account and does not extend to anticipated winnings or indirect losses.
5. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
All content on the 42300 platform — including but not limited to text, images, logos, interface design, gaming software, and brand names — is the property of 42300 or its respective licensors and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 42300.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. 42300 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Use of any third-party services linked through the platform is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
42300 reserves the right to amend, add to, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest updates. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the use of the platform will first be referred to negotiation between both parties. Should negotiations fail, the dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, while the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
